In this podcast episode, experts in Rett syndrome, David N. Lieberman, MD, PhD, and Jeffrey Neul, MD, PhD, provide a comprehensive overview of Rett syndrome (RTT), a rare but severe neurodevelopmental disorder. They begin with a discussion on the clinical characteristics and typical disease progression of RTT before diving into the various genetic markers and how they may, or may not, be used in the diagnosis and prognosis.
