This poster, presented at NEXUS 2022, summarizes key findings from an analysis of a live online educational program, “The Biggest Risk to Cardiovascular Health: Addressing Social Determinants of Health in NVAF,” developed by Clinical Care Options and Practicing Clinicians Exchange in partnership with the Academy of Physician Associates in Cardiology. These findings illustrate the need for continued education for healthcare professionals on strategies to address SDOH in NVAF to improve patient outcomes.
