This poster, presented in December 2017 at the 59th American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, reports an analysis of an online interactive treatment decision support tool providing expert recommendations for specific patient scenarios in polycythemia vera and myelofibrosis. Based on the responses of oncology healthcare providers (HCPs) who used the tool, there is not consistent alignment of the intended treatment course of many HCPs with expert recommendations; however, use of the tool positively influenced treatment decisions for many HCPs, thereby addressing areas of educational need and potentially improving quality of care for patients with polycythemia vera and myelofibrosis.
