Reston, Virginia ‒ April 23, 2018 - Clinical Care Options (CCO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jen Votta as General Manager of its new Global Operations business unit. Jen has more than 20 years of experience in a number of continuing medical education (CME) business development and senior management positions. At CCO, Jen will be responsible for the expansion of the company’s innovative and unique CME programs into global markets across all therapeutic areas.
Prior to joining CCO, Jen served as Senior Director, CME Partnerships at MedPage Today, a division of Everyday Health, where she was responsible for growing and managing the CME business unit that developed distribution and hosting solutions for third-party continuing education content.
Before that, she held a number of key business development roles at Medscape for more than 10 years, and her most recent position was Director, Global Strategic Accounts. During her tenure at Medscape, Jen also developed and implemented strategic online solutions and educational programs for healthcare professionals in the United States and worldwide in the therapeutic areas of cardiology, neurology, oncology, pain management, and dermatology.
